The sleeve pack is a reusable bulk container that allows for more products to be shipped in a smaller amount of space. Unique locking devices ensure automatic and secure fastening of the sleeve to the base pallet, and the sleeve to the top cap, so cargo can remain protected. Sleeve pack containers are available with interchangeable pallet and cover or with individual pallet and cover forms. Containers stack and nest safely due to interlocking pallets and covers. Folding sidewalls of sleeve pack containers reduce shipping costs and minimize the amount of storage space required.
Sleeve packs are incredibly easy to use. Starting with the base, our channel locking, twin sheet thermoformed plastic pallets have a nine-footed base configuration that allows for access from all sides. With a simple push of the locks, the sleeve sidewalls are secured to pallet bases and top caps. When fully assembled, the entire sleeve pack container handles as a single, easily transportable unit. Our sleeve packs feature innovative, hexacomb corrugated plastic sidewalls. These sleeves are rigid and strong but fold easily at the molded hinges and corners for quick storage. They also stack conveniently when empty to save space. Our corrugated plastic reusable bulk containers and sleeve packs provide the maximum level of customization. Options include hinged access panels, various lengths, custom heights, and endless color and printing options.
