Mirror Image Pallets

Mirror image pallets are nestable plastic pallets that are specifically designed to be used as both a base pallet and a top cap. These pallets are typically made by a thermoforming process (aka vacuum forming), and are available in single sheet and twin sheets designs. By design, mirror image feature a recessed deck which prevents cargo from slipping and sliding while on the pallet. When used as a top cap, this lip also secures the top of the load.

These pallets are designed to be nestable, which helps to save valuable storage space. By nesting inside on another, the empty pallets can be stacked to deliver maximum return ratios for backhauls, or to help optimize storage space while only occupying a minimal footprint. Mirror-image pallets are typically used with banding, strapping, or seat belts to create secure and steady pallet loads that are ready for transport and storage.
