Industrial rolling and drying carts provide growers, bakers, and processors with a modular system to dry plants, baked goods, and more prior to trimming, packaging, and other processes. This stainless steel wire cart can be used for drying via either hang drying or tray drying. Easily cleanable, stable, and extremely durable, stainless steel construction provides longevity of the rack, while also enabling your facility and process to meet the regulations your industry.

This cart is 91″ tall. It features a total of 12 adjustable height tiers: six dropmat grid collared shelves, each sized 26″ × 60″, and six removable tray drying tiers. Each removable tier consists of one wire mat and two 26″ collared slides. Additionally, the carts roll on two heavy duty 5″ stem brake casters and two 5″ rigid casters. Each cart comes with three 18″ × 26″ x 1 .125″ catch aluminum trays.
