The Gaylord box is a cost-effective and efficient bulk cargo storage and transport solution for a broad range of contents. These gaylord boxes feature bottom and top flaps and are typically set onto pallets, which allows them to be quickly and easily maneuvered with a pallet jack or forklift truck. Thanks to their knock-down design, these corrugated cardboard bulk storage containers can be folded up when not in use, which drastically reduces the amount of space needed for storage. Cardboard Gaylords can be used to consolidate multiple shipments, and are also advantageous in accommodating items with irregular shapes.
These ecoboard Gaylord boxes are made from paperboard that is treated on both sides by plastic resins derived from discarded water bottles. The individually treated sheets are then used to make the corrugated material, which is water resistant and weatherproof.
