The half pallet container was designed and manufactured to combine the benefits of a bulk bin with the ergonomic ease and product protection of an attached lid tote. The half pallet container is a 190-liter bin that is half the size of the industry standard pallet, which makes it adaptable to a variety of applications. Half pallet containers are the world’s largest attached lid totes, complete with integrated pallet feet molded in. When used in conjunction with a lid, it serves as the most efficient, bulk, modular, end-to-end transit packaging system in the industry.
Outstanding packing densities can be achieved as well as a payload capacity of up to 100kg in each container. The system can secure up to 1200kg in one pallet footprint in transit — or for storage, due to the steel bars reinforcing the base of the container. The product is also compatible with dunnage and inserts. If needed, we can work with your provider to ensure maximum packaging densities are achieved.

The half pallet attached lid bulk bin is self-contained solution, with built-in pallet feet, durable sidewalls and an integrated attached lid system. Made from polypropylene, these reusable plastic bins will not absorb moisture, foster the growth of bacteria or mold.
