RTP sells the best 40-foot, side-door, high-cube (HC) shipping containers in North America. These containers offer the perfect solution for storage and transportation, with easy access from the side. We have a large selection of new and used units available. These shipping containers are ISO-compliant containers that can be used for storage and/or freight (CSC). RTP’s 40′ side-door HC shipping containers are made to withstand the elements, with durable seals and gaskets on all doors.

These HC shipping containers are similar to standard height shipping containers, but they provide additional clearance and headspace. The HC design provides about 30 cm. of additional height.

Side-door shipping containers are a practical space and storage solution. Their hinged doors open on the end and side, making inventory management simple. The model is allows for efficient loading and unloading from the side with a forklift or by hand. As a versatile structure, they are commonly used as machine sheds, trade fair booths, pop-up stores, performance stages, and seating venues. The containers’ double doors and the opening side can be locked with padlocks.
