Collapsible, Reusable, and Stackable BulkContainer Solution

The Bulk Bag In Cage (BBIC) is a bulk container solution that utilizes a heavy-duty base pallet, metal vertical supports, a woven plastic internal bag, and a top cap. The BBIC system features a fully collapsible design, where both the top cap and the vertical support poles can all be stored within the footprint of the base pallet.

Fully loaded Bulk Bag In Cage containers can be stacked six high, and are available in both standard and heavy-duty models with higher load capacities. The flat-packed BBICs reduce the number of return trips, which lowers fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Collapsible & Stowable Bulk Bag In Cage

Fully Collapsed Bulk Bag In Cage

The Bulk Bag In Cage system fully collapses down, thanks to a nestable and stowable top cap and vertical support poles. This reduces the amount of storage space needed for warehousing, and provides for a larger backhaul quantity for any given transport vehicle.

Heavy Duty Vertical Support Poles

The vertical support poles of the BBIC system seat firmly into both the base pallet and top cap, and help achieve impressive load capacities of 1,323 lbs. (standard model) and  2,204 lbs. (heavy-duty model).

Fully Assembled BBIC

The internal bag for the BBIC system is made from a woven plastic, and the vertical supports keep the bag from swelling beyond the dimensions of the base pallet. The bag is stitched with a heavy duty braided thread, and the corner post sections are double stitched for maximum durability.

Quick and Easy Assembly

The Bulk Bag In Cage can be assembled by two people in less than one minute, a considerable amount of time saved when compared to traditional corrugated gaylords.

Excellent Stacking Strength

Fully loaded BBIC containers can be stacked as many as 6 high, allowing for optimized storage space during processing and warehousing operations.

5:1 Return Rate

The BBIC’s fully collapsible design allows for an impressive return rate of 5:1 for empty containers, which allows for less return trips/backhauls and a greatly minimized storage footprint.
