Ecoboard sleeve pack bulk containers consist of a base pallet, a foldable sleeve, and a lid. Sleeve pack containers can be quickly and easily knocked down and stored with the sleeve nesting between the pallet and lid. For deliveries and backhauls/returns, this unique design allow for more products to be shipped in a smaller amount of space. Unique locking devices ensure automatic and secure closure, so cargo can remain protected. Ecoboard sleeve pack bulk containers are available with interchangeable pallet and cover or with individual pallet and cover forms. Containers stack and nest safely due to interlocking pallets and covers. Nesting sleeve pack containers also help to reduce shipping costs.
The ecoboard material starts as paperboard that is coated on both sides by a plastic coating derived from water bottles. These individually treated sheets are then used to create the corrugated material. The end result is a lightweight, weatherproof and water-resistant bulk container that can withstand exposure to the elements. The enhanced moisture resistance also significantly extends the life of the sleeve.
